Orphans from Umba are offered apartments in wooden houses
The Tersky District Administration plans to purchase municipal housing for children left without parental care.
“The apartment can be located in a wooden house,” the national organizing group says.
Earlier it was reported that three orphans from the Murmansk region would have their travel to Rostov-on-Don paid for, where they would meet their cousins, who were ready to become guardians of their nephews.
