This unusual pedestrian was noticed by motorists on the St. Petersburg Ring Road. He was walking along a side street near the exit from M-11.
According to eyewitnesses, the man was probably under the influence of drugs and looked crazy. He walked along the road for a long time, fell several times and eventually lay down near the middle.
