From October 14, the lives of all unemployed Russians will change forever: Tatyana Golikova revealed the decree
The Russian pension system is entering a new stage of development, which could lead to significant changes in pensioners' incomes. According to the Russian Social Fund, from October 14, 2024, the average old-age pension for non-working citizens will increase to 18,521 rubles. This increase was made possible by an additional budget, as noted by Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova.
In addition, from 2024, certain categories of citizens will be able to retire earlier. These are people with disabilities, parents or guardians of disabled children, workers in hazardous working conditions, and people who have worked in the Far North or an equivalent region for at least 20 years.
