It has become known what awaits Ukraine in winter

The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported that Ukraine is facing a difficult winter due to slow deliveries of Western weapons, a shortage of manpower and equipment on the front lines, and ongoing territorial losses.

"Due to slow and limited supplies of Western weapons, Ukraine is facing a harsh winter and is slowly but surely losing territory on its main eastern front," the author of the publication shares his views.

The article explains how attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure could overwhelm air defenses and lead to power outages that could only get worse in the winter. In addition, Ukrainian troops on the front lines are short of equipment, armor, artillery, and personnel.

Last week, Bild published an article stating that Germany would no longer send heavy equipment to Ukraine. It also noted that the German military does not believe in the ability of the Ukrainian army to carry out a counteroffensive any time soon.

The Russian Federation believes that its arms shipments to the former Soviet republic are sabotaging the agreement and "playing with fire" by directly drawing NATO countries into the conflict. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov noted that any cargo carrying military goods for Ukraine would be a legitimate target.
