The exhibition "Honorary Citizens of Moscow" opened in the "My Documents" centers
As part of the project "Moscow - with care for history", a new exhibition "Honorary citizens of Moscow" has opened. It was organized by the "My Documents" public service center together with the capital's Central Archive. This was reported through the portals of the mayor and the government of Moscow.
The exhibition was timed to coincide with the Year of the Family. It is available in 30 centres and online on the archive's main website.
At the exhibition, visitors will be able to learn the history of the title of "Honorary Citizen of the City of Moscow" and compare the procedure for assigning the title in pre-revolutionary times and today. Visitors will also learn about the process of creating the certificate that is awarded along with the title.
Exhibitors will also be able to learn about the history and contribution to the development of the city of honorary citizens of Moscow, including Vladimir Dolgorukov, Galina Ulanova, Pavel Tretyakov and others. In particular, infographics will show how Moscow changed under Dolgorukov and will reveal interesting facts about the Tretyakov Gallery.
At the event, you will be able to listen to compositions by the creative union of Alexandra Pakhmutova and Nikolai Dobronravov, as well as watch videos about Honorary Citizens of Moscow Leonid Milgram, the Bakhrushin brothers and Galina Ulanova.
Adult visitors will be able to test their knowledge and attentiveness with the quiz “Honorary Citizen of Moscow”, and young visitors will be able to learn about architectural monuments and the people associated with them through interactive games.
The exhibition will be held at the State Services Centre without breaks or days off. It is open from 08:00 to 20:00 in the district office and from 10:00 to 22:00 in the flagship office.
Earlier, the Moscow Industry Leaders award was presented in the capital. This award was received by 28 companies, including manufacturers of cable products, pharmaceuticals, confectionery, laser systems and others.
In addition, the results of the professional skills competition "Moscow Masters" were announced. 126 people became winners and laureates of the award. The contestants were assessed not only by the jury, but also by the winners of the previous year.
