Restrictions for cars will be introduced in three districts of St. Petersburg from October 14 and 15

St. Petersburg drivers have been warned about restrictions that will come into effect on the roads of three districts of St. Petersburg starting next week.

A similar situation was observed with traffic on the Gutuevsky Bridge across the Yekaterinovka River in the Kirovsky District of the city from October 14 to 23, the press service of the Committee for the Development of Transport Infrastructure of St. Petersburg (KRTI) reported. Crossings are restricted, as well as the embankment of the Yekateringofka River and the above-mentioned section of Dvinskaya Street.

Meanwhile, Nevskaya Street at the intersection with Voznesenskoye Highway will be completely closed off in Kolpino for 24 hours. These restrictions will come into effect on October 14, and it will be possible to travel through the fenced area along the following route: Leningradskaya Street – Ivanovskaya Street – Voznesenskoye Highway – Industrializatsii Street.

"From October 15, 2024 to April 15, 2026, traffic will be restricted on the St. Petersburg Highway (from Detkoselsky Prospekt to Vitevsky Prospekt) in the city of Pushkin," the Committee on Transport Infrastructure reminded.

Meanwhile, at the interchange of the ring road with the Moscow highway, they plan to close the exits for the construction of a tram line, and in the tunnel of the St. Petersburg dam, traffic will be restricted for almost a week from October 14.
