A new renovation plan has been put up for auction in Tyumen. It concerns the territory bounded by Kharkovskaya – Melnikaite – Odesskaya streets.
— Make a decision on holding a service station in the Kharkovskaya-Melnikaite-Odesskaya area. The transformed area is 5.12 hectares, as indicated in the documents that the editorial staff of 72.RU has reviewed.
According to the authorities' plans, the improvement of the territory should take place in two stages. We need to build a new house there within 10 years.
It is important to note that more than 200 garages, one non-residential building and several other buildings are subject to repair. The cost of the right to participate in the auction is 2160 rubles. The auction will take place on November 18.
