Digital Foundry experts say there's no need to buy a PS5 Pro.
Digital Foundry reviewers have praised the need to buy a PS5 Pro console, as they explained in a video posted on YouTube.
According to media experts, there is no urgent need to buy a Sony console, they are sure that the regular PlayStation 5 will cope with modern games perfectly. "Having a console is great, but you can do without it," says project expert John Linneman.
"The PS5 Pro is less demanding than the PS4 Pro or Xbox One X," Linneman said. He said the PlayStation 5 Pro sometimes makes up for its software shortcomings with hardware, which isn't a good thing.
The Digital Foundry author also said that he is not too upset that Microsoft, Sony's main rival in the gaming console market, is unable to prepare a new console. According to the author, gamers now need something more than just new powerful consoles.
Previously, enthusiasts from Digital Foundry assessed the specifications of the PS5 Pro. They found that the device has 16 GB of RAM and another 2 GB of special "slow memory" to handle the console's internal processes.
