5% of Novosibirsk residents are afraid of being fired

According to SuperJob analysts, only 5% of Novosibirsk residents are afraid of being fired.

The service conducted a survey among the economically active population of Novosibirsk. The study showed that seven out of ten city residents are not afraid of work. This corresponds to 72% of respondents.

Fear of losing a job tops the list of phobias. Thus, 5% of Novosibirsk residents are afraid of being fired. Another 4% of respondents were concerned that they might be underestimated or not live up to expectations. Fears of instability, business closure or non-payment of wages arise in only 1% of respondents.

Male workers, unlike female workers, are more likely to fear a pay cut. Residents of Novosibirsk are increasingly worried that they will not be able to fulfill their mission.

Let me remind you that Novosibirsk has the most expensive scrambled eggs in the Siberian Federal District.
