The oldest horse in Russia has died
The press service of the Golden Mustang equestrian club on Sakhalin reported the death of Chaika, the oldest horse in Russia.
She was 50 years old, the organization's Telegram channel reports.
The club members acquired Chaika from a slaughterhouse at age 33, and for the next 17 years she delighted everyone who encountered her.
"She was able to make every moment magical," the club said in a statement.
According to open sources, the average lifespan of a horse is 25 to 30 years. In the wild, animals rarely live longer than 15 years.
Earlier, MK reported that a ghost fish with hundreds of sharp teeth washed up on the shores of Canada.
