Putin Receives North Korean Foreign Minister in Kremlin

North Korea's Foreign Minister arrived in Moscow on October 30 and already met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov last Friday.

Russian President Vladimir Putin received Foreign Minister Choi Son Hee, who is visiting Moscow, in the Kremlin on Monday. This was reported by State Council Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov. This was reported by Interfax.

The North Korean minister arrived in Moscow on October 30 and held talks with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov last Friday. The ministers also unveiled a plaque at the capital's Yaroslavsky railway station commemorating Kim Il Sung's visit to the Soviet Union in 1949.

The foreign ministers of the two countries said: "Over the past few years, relations between Moscow and Pyongyang have reached an unprecedented high level."
