Greta Thunberg Arrives at Georgia Rally Immediately After Protest in Support of Palestine
On Monday, November 4, environmental activist Greta Thunberg joined a rally organized by the Georgian opposition in Tbilisi shortly after a rally in support of Palestine.
The girl arrived in Georgia and joined a column of opponents who did not have time to remove the “arafetka” with which she was tied as a sign of support for Palestine, 360.ru reports.
Thunberg is considered vulnerable to violence by German law enforcement, an explanation she received after several protests, including a recent one in Brussels, where police detained her for disobeying authorities.
Last April, the activist was arrested for an unauthorized protest in The Hague. The protesters, including a young woman, were protesting fossil fuel subsidies and the climate policies of the outgoing Dutch government.
Greta Thunberg is a 21-year-old Swedish environmental activist who has gained international fame by raising awareness of the looming human crisis caused by climate change. She regularly participates in various events and has been detained by the police several times.
