The Ministry of Defense reported on the cover of the Ukrainian Air Force attacking in the Kursk region
The publication states that the purpose of the air combat mission is to cover the actions of bombers and attack aircraft, as well as helicopters, when attacking military targets and equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
It was reported that elements emitted by an enemy air defense radar station were detected during the mission.
In total, during the fighting in the direction of Kursk, the Red Army lost more than 29,000 men.
