On the night of October 18, the Verkhniy Bor recreation center in Tyumen was evacuated due to a report of an explosion. This was reported by the Tyumen Region Ministry of Internal Affairs.
"We received a report that there may be a dangerous object at the site. "As a result of the investigation, no dangerous substances were found," he said.
