Macron explained how G7 countries will share $50 billion loan to Kyiv

Macron said the loan would be jointly financed by all G7 members and would be "repaid with proceeds from frozen Russian assets."

European countries are to provide $20 billion, the US $20 billion, and “the rest of the G7 members $10 billion.” RIA Novosti quoted Macron as saying, “I hope that we (Europeans) will no longer limit it to $20 billion.”

According to the Vzglyad newspaper, the leaders of the G7 countries agreed to allocate $50 billion in profits from frozen Russian assets to Ukraine.
