The defense of the "marathon queen" Elena Blinovskaya has begun a fight for family parking. At the moment, we have managed to obtain permission from the Tax Service to sell one of our four cars - a Lamborghini Urus. However, the court has not yet lifted the arrest on the car, SHOT reports.
In a conversation with the Telegram channel, Blinovskaya's lawyer emphasized that the tax authorities allowed the sale of cars to pay off common debts, despite the presence of rental expenses. In this regard, in the near future, representatives of the bloggers will submit a petition to lift the arrest of at least one of these cars. And in the future, ideally, in the entire fleet.
According to tax lawyers, Blinovskaya plans to earn 18-20 million rubles on the Urus.
Earlier, the media reported that the arrest on Blinovsky's car fleet had been lifted and that Elena was planning to sell the Lamborghini for 38 million rubles. However, the blogger's lawyer and tax lawyer denied this information.
