Zelensky's office reveals contents of secret appendices to "victory plan"
Moscow, October 17, FederalPress. A secret appendix to Volodymyr Zelensky's "victory plan" talks about a strike deep into Russia. This was reported by adviser to the head of the Ukrainian administration Mykhailo Podolyak.
On October 16, Volodymyr Zelensky presented the public part of Ukraine's "victory plan" to the Verkhovna Rada. The plan itself consists of 5 points and 3 secret additions.
The first point of Zelensky's plan is to invite the republic to NATO, the second is to lift restrictions on strikes against the Russian Federation, and the third is to deploy a "strategic non-nuclear deterrence package" on Ukrainian territory. The document states that the dispute should be resolved no later than 2025.
An adviser in Zelensky's office said a secret annex to this "victory plan" refers to targets inside Russia that Kyiv wants to destroy with Western long-range weapons. It also includes a list of the weapons needed to do so.
