Users report problems with Apple services
The error occurred in the App Store, as well as in the Apple Store and Apple support service. This is confirmed by the data from the DownDetector service.
There have been over 35,000 complaints in the US, over 3,000 in Russia and over 1,000 in the UK, with 80% of complainants having problems connecting to the server, 12% unable to use the web version and 9% unable to enter their login details.
In April of this year, a glitch also stopped a number of the company's services, including the App Store and Apple Music. Then Apple Arcade, Apple Books, Apple Fitness+, Apple Sports, Apple TV+, Podcasts and other services stopped working. However, after some time, work was restored.
