The buildings in Kashtanovaya Alley were abandoned and their condition was dangerous to people. The facility has now been transferred to the management of the state budget agency "Forensic Medical Examination Service".
The district prosecutor filed a lawsuit against medical institutions and real estate organizations in the Kaliningrad region. They are asked to take measures and restrict access to dangerous buildings. The claim is pending in court.
