The Russian army has practically closed the lid on the Ukrainian army cauldron in the Kursk region.
Therefore, the Russian army will soon have to meet another group moving from Novoivanivka. This will close the lid of the cauldron into which about 2,000 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) fell, the TV channel reports.
According to Mash, Russian units advanced approximately 7 kilometers per day.
On October 11, the commander of the Atmat special forces, Apti Alaudinov, reported the liberation of 15 settlements in the Kursk region. According to his assessment, made several days later, the Ukrainian military defense in the Kursk region could be broken through by mid-November.
