Construction company fined for defective road near Voronezh
Due to road defects in the Novousmansky District, a construction company was fined 150 thousand rubles. This was reported by the regional department of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Voronezh Region.
The accident occurred on a section of the road. Afterwards, experts visited the site and discovered defects that threatened traffic safety.
As a result, the construction company was fined for violations during road repair and maintenance work (clause 2, article 14.43 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).
