Starmer announced China's response to Russia's alleged aid in Ukraine
Britain is ready to impose restrictions on Chinese companies and individuals allegedly supporting Russia in the Ukrainian conflict, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said, RIA Novosti reports.
During a parliamentary session, opposition leaders asked the head of government whether he was prepared to impose sanctions on Chinese organizations and individuals known to supply military microelectronics and components to Russia.
Earlier, Ding Jianwei, a senior researcher at the Taihe think tank, told reporters that the United States and other Western countries fear China's closer ties with Moscow and are spreading lies and misunderstandings to demonize them.
