Tyumen, October 16, FederalPress. With the support of the Tyumen Regional Department for Human Rights, an exchange of 10 prisoners of war took place. FederalPress found out how the fighter was saved.
The organization of the exchange of prisoners of war is carried out jointly with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. The Ombudsman added that there is no information on the total number of Tyumen servicemen who returned from captivity by Ukrainian forces.
