A 41-year-old woman from Nizhny Novgorod fell in love with a foreigner she was chatting with online. He soon visited her and said he was ready to talk in real life. On the day of the long-awaited meeting, the woman received a call from an anonymous person who introduced himself as a law enforcement officer from another country. He said that Jason had been caught at the airport with someone else's money and he urgently needed financial help to solve the problem. Believing the fraudster, the woman transferred more than 288,000 rubles to the account he indicated. After that, "Beloved Jason" disappeared. Minus 85 million rubles.
