The criminals tried to steal the pensioner's passport, and when that failed, they convinced her that she had lost the document and persuaded her to get a new one. After that, they all went to a notary and drew up a deed of gift.

"They deliberately provided the notary with false information about the woman's desire and intention to give away her apartment on Storozhevaya Street."
After some time, the pensioner told his neighbor about what had happened. They called the police. As a result, we managed to save the apartment from resale, and the living space was confiscated.
Rakhman Gusenaliev was in charge of everything. He is in a pretrial detention center, and his daughter and wife are under house arrest. The prosecutor's office sought 4.5 years of imprisonment for Rakhman Gusenaliev, and three years each for his wife and daughter.
