The Minister of Roads Roman Dushko addressed motorists regarding the first snow in the Yaroslavl region.
- Drivers should think about changing their tires. Autumn weather is dangerous. Sometimes it rains, sometimes it snows, sometimes it is sunny. But remember that temperature changes are more dangerous. Precipitation can freeze overnight and form an icy crust on the roads.
