A pedestrian boulevard will be built on part of the former Severyanin industrial zone
"A boulevard will appear not far from Krasnaya Sosna Street, which will make up almost 10% of the total area of the integrated development complex. Landscaping will also be carried out near residential and educational facilities," he specified.
The area has good transport accessibility. For example, the Rostokino MCC station and the platform of the same name on the Yaroslavl direction are located nearby.
In addition, the head of the city's real estate department, Maxim Gaman, reported that the renovated residential complex will be built on an area of 7.18 hectares. A facility with an area of more than 152 square meters will be built here. It is also planned to build a new educational complex for 650 places.
Improvement works will be carried out in the courtyard of the school and kindergarten, where playgrounds and play areas will be installed.
Meanwhile, as part of the integrated regional development program, a kindergarten for 225 children is planned to be built in Ostankino in Moscow. Specialists have already prepared an urban development plan for the site. This is part of the project to reorganize the former industrial zone "Caliber". The project was designed for a five-year period.
