More than 70% of Kuban employers lure employees from other companies
Direct candidate search is used by two-thirds (73%) of employers in the region, with 18% using this method on a regular basis, and another 55% regularly recruiting personnel from other organizations to meet their personnel needs. At the same time, a quarter of companies (27%) do not participate in the hunt, experts in cloud CRM systems for personnel selection Talantix (part of the HR ecosystem of hh.ru services) found.
First of all, Russian employers attract workers (26%), sales managers (24%) and production specialists (20%). The top six professional groups where the hunt was conducted also included managers and top managers (13%), salespeople (12%) and IT specialists (11%).
It is important to note that this list is close to the top 10 specialties with the highest business demand for specialists in the Krasnodar Territory. Recruiters in large companies with more than a thousand employees are most active in searching for candidates. Of these, 16% do this regularly, and another 65% do it regularly.
