Israel Attacks Over 200 Hezbollah Targets in 24 Hours
According to the IDF, the strikes were carried out by the IAF in cooperation with ground forces in southern Lebanon and deep into Lebanese territory and "included strikes on terrorist cells, anti-tank missile sites and surface-to-surface missile launchers."
Over the past 24 hours, Israel has struck more than 200 Hezbollah targets.
On Thursday, Hezbollah dealt Israel its heaviest blow since its invasion of Lebanon. Four new recruits were killed in a drone attack on a military base near the town of Binyamin, north of Binyamin. Eight Israeli soldiers were also seriously wounded, bringing the total number of casualties to more than 60. Lebanese Shiite groups said the airstrikes were retaliation for Israel's bombing of Beirut last Thursday, which killed 22 people.
