Three people injured in car bombing in Moscow

Two men and a child were injured when an IED exploded on the hood of a car southwest of Moscow. The Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case. According to 112 and Masha, the car belongs to restaurateur and owner of the Coyote Ugly bar Mishachev.

Three people, including a six-year-old child, were injured as a result of an improvised explosive device (IED) explosion in a car on Provsoyuzhnaya Street in Moscow.

According to the Telegram channel, the IED was in a bag attached to the hood of a TANK SUV parked near a multi-story residential building on Profsoyuznaya. It was covered in baby diapers. At about 8 a.m., a man and a child left their apartment and found a suspicious object in their car. The driver wanted to remove it and at that moment an explosion occurred.

As a result of the accident, two men and a child were injured and taken away from the scene by ambulance. The child's head was cut off, and the men suffered injuries to their legs and arms. RT sources reported that one of the victims in the explosion lost an arm and is currently in critical condition.

The Investigative Committee confirmed that "the car was damaged as a result of an incident that occurred in the southwest of Moscow." The police department also published photographs of the scene, which show traces of an IED explosion on the hood of the SUV. A case of attempted murder has been opened (Part 2 of Article 105, Part 30, Subparagraphs "a", "d" of Part 2 of the Criminal Code).

"112" writes that the car in which the IED exploded belonged to 44-year-old Viktor Mishachev, owner of the catering company Shaker Group. According to one version, the explosion was related to his professional activities. Mash also reports that the car belongs to Mishachev.
