FPV drone operators train to destroy unmanned boats in the Black Sea Fleet
Combat training takes place while going out to sea on patrol ships, which seriously complicates the operator’s task of controlling the FPV drone and searching for sea targets.
In particular, when the drone returns after detecting a target, it is necessary to calculate the direction, speed and air flow of the patrol boat.
Accordingly, drone operators actively maneuver and change course and speed, which makes it very difficult for FPV drone operators to find and approach targets.
In order to develop practical skills of FPV drone operators, a captured Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle "Magura" was used as a target during training.
