Teenager injured in Stakhanov after picking up mined children's toy
"A yellow duck lying under a bench near the Pushkin monument exploded in the hands of a child. "The man received a shrapnel wound to his left eye, abrasions to the soft tissues of his face, and a shrapnel wound to the lower third of his left forearm," the government reported.
