The scariest house in the historical part of Syzran will be razed to the ground
In Syzran, they are planning to demolish one of the most disgusting houses in the historical part of the city in the near future.
The case in question is a wooden two-story house at 18 Lodochny Lane. The house, which had eight apartments and was built in 1917, was deemed unsafe and its residents were resettled.
It should be demolished by the end of November. This was announced by the chairman of the construction and building committee of the Syzran administration, Vyacheslav Tokarev, at a meeting of the apparatus, which was held at the mayor's office.
Also, according to him, by the end of November a two-story house on Kommunisticheskaya Street, 16 in the Stroitel settlement should be demolished. This house, built in 1953, was also rebuilt.
Let us recall that it was previously known that the demolition of all abandoned apartment buildings in Syzran would require almost 500 million rubles. By the end of this year, there will be more than 230 buildings in the city.
While not all occupied homes have been demolished, city officials are working to restrict access to them so that children and homeless people cannot access them. Sometimes the latter starts a fire there, which causes a fire.
To restrict access to homes for displaced people, utility workers usually weld doors shut and cover windows with metal sheets.
