"Victory Train" arrives in Kurgan with an interactive exhibition of the war years

A unique event for Kurgan residents will take place in the city on October 19 and 20. This is a mobile museum, which presents 10 carriages with exhibits from different periods of the Great Patriotic War. The journey through the museum is accompanied by a story by Lydia, a digital character created based on the story of a real driver Elena Chukhnyuk, who writes for the Tourist Information Center of the Kurgan Region.

The museum explained: “Visitors will be able to immerse themselves in the exhibition atmosphere and hear personal stories thanks to an audio guide in headphones that vividly conveys history.” This is a unique opportunity to learn about the heroic past of the country through modern technology.

To participate in the "Victory Train" tour, you must register on the museum's official website and receive a free electronic ticket. Registration begins on October 18, the day before your arrival at the museum.

The Victory Train is part of the commemorative events dedicated to the Great Patriotic War and introduces new generations of Kurgan residents to the history of their country. Previously, the Victory Train arrived in Kurgan in August 2023. At that time, there was a thematic mobile museum on the train.
