Putin Meets with DPRK Foreign Minister Choi Son Hee
President Vladimir Putin met with North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hee at the Kremlin Palace. This was reported by the press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov.
According to him, at this meeting, the head of the DPRK conveyed greetings to President Putin from the chairman of the state commission, Kim Jong-un.
"It is a great honor for the esteemed Chairman of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to convey to you, esteemed President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich, sincere and warm comradely greetings," the TASS agency reported.
President Putin visited North Korea in mid-June and signed a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement with Chairman Kim Jong-un, which commits the countries to mutual assistance in the event of an attack on one side.
Moscow plans to develop and deepen relations with North Korea in all possible directions, the Kremlin noted.
