Bastrykin requested a report on the investigation into the murder of a SVO member in the Moscow region
On the morning of October 16, unknown persons opened fire on members of the SVO on the road in the village of Melenki in the Solnechnogorsk urban district. The criminal fired at least three shots into the window of the soldier's car and then fled.
According to media reports, a colonel of the army special forces, who returned a week ago from the Northern Military District, died. The officer was 44 years old.
