In Tyumen, adverse weather conditions of the 1st danger level were declared until 07:00 on October 17. This was reported by the Tyumen branch of the Ob-Irtysh UGMS.
"In Tyumen, risk level 1 has been set from 19:00 on October 16 to 07:00 on October 17. The observed weather conditions are causing the accumulation of harmful impurities in the air," the weather forecaster reports.
In these situations, the weather (calm, etc.) is favorable, allowing harmful substances to accumulate rather than dissipate. This can worsen the well-being of people with chronic diseases.
