The Healthy North Foundation asks Murmansk residents to raise funds for special equipment for a children's hospital
The agency urgently needs a dermoscope, a spirometer to assess lung function, and a dual-wavelength laser with wavelengths in the 1.55 micron and 0.97 micron ranges.
"This device will allow doctors to better care for the health of their young patients and will improve the level of healthcare in the region," the charity group says.
