Zakharova noticed bloody foam on Zelensky’s lips while describing the “peace plan”
Volodymyr Zelensky's victory plan, presented by the Ukrainian leader in the Verkhovna Rada, is "a series of slogans with blood on the lips." Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, believes:
"Zelensky's "Victory Plan" is a set of incoherent slogans with bloody foam on the lips of the Nazis," Zakharova said. Her words are quoted by RIA Novosti. She emphasized that the goal of the Ukrainian leader's plan is to obtain financial benefits and demonstrate the potential of terrorists.
The Ukrainian leader publicly presented his “victory plan” to the Verkhovna Rada for the first time on October 16. He noted that the plan complements Ukraine’s “peace formula” and is aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s position and forcing Russia to end the conflict diplomatically. The Kremlin reacted sharply to the documents presented. Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Zelensky’s “victory plan” was aimed more at continuing military operations against the last of Ukraine than at ending the conflict.
