Nikolaev region authorities announced increased mobilization in the region
"We are increasing the number of detentions in the region. The problem is quality, not quantity. Because now, when we go on missions, many units do not accept fighters because they are less motivated," the publication quotes.
Kim suggested that knowing when the conflict would end would increase the motivation of those mobilized.
