Market News | Inter RAO Board Members Maslov and Miroshnichenko to Leave Company on October 17
Maslov has headed the Strategy and Investment Department of Inter RAO since 2011 and has been a member of the company's board of directors since 2018. Miroshnichenko worked as the director of strategic development of the Strategy and Investments block since 2010, and in 2016 he became a member of the board of directors of the Financial and Economic Center of Inter RAO.
As of the end of the first half of 2021, Maslov and Miroshnichenko own 0.00002% and 0.033% of the company's shares, respectively.
Inter RAO CEO Sergei Dregval noted through the press service that it was Maslov and Miroshnichenko who "became the source of Inter RAO's rapid growth and its transformation into the largest diversified holding."
In August, another top manager, Valery Murgulets, who had been on the board of directors since 2012, left the board of directors of Inter RAO.
As of the end of 2023, the majority shareholder of Inter RAO was Rosneftegaz (26.37%), the share of Inter RAO Capital was 29.56%. As of the end of 2021, another 8.57% belonged to PJSC Federal Grid Company - Rosseti (formerly FGC UES, now merged with PJSC Rosseti), and 34.24% were in free float.
