In Kirov, a driver hit an 8-year-old girl at a crosswalk near a school
According to preliminary data, on Tuesday morning, October 15, an 8-year-old girl was hit by a Hyundai Santa Fe in Kirov. It is reported that the 53-year-old driver hit the child at the intersection of Gaidara and Vozrozhdeniya streets at approximately 19:50.
Photos from the scene show that the accident occurred on a pedestrian crossing. In addition, Secondary School No. 45 is located a few meters from the scene. There is no information about the condition of the injured girl.
According to the regional traffic police, on Tuesday, October 15, six major accidents occurred in Kirov and the region. Five people were injured. Another driver died as a result of the accident.
