In Naberezhnye Chelny, a 10-year-old boy set fire to school No. 62 after a quarrel with a teacher, the press service of the Tatarstan Ministry of Internal Affairs reported. The student has already been put on preventive registration for an administrative offence.
The student's mother was tried under the article for failure to fulfill her educational obligations. As reported by "Chelny Izvestia", the student set fire to the facade of the building using matches. The school principal put out the fire before the firefighters arrived. No evacuation was required.
