Mezentsev: Roaming between Russia and Belarus may be cancelled by the end of 2024
Work on abolishing roaming between Russia and Belarus may be completed by the end of 2024, said Federal Secretary of State Dmitry Mezentsev.
According to him, negotiations are currently underway on the issue of Internet traffic consumption by users.
"Negotiations are currently underway regarding the definition of Internet content and comfortable parameters for users," RIA Novosti quotes Mezentsev as saying.
Last July, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said that he and Belarus were preparing a comprehensive solution to abolish roaming in the federal state.
