Darkin transferred 40 million rubles from one pocket to another
The Arbitration Court of Primorsky Krai has satisfied the tax service's claim for about 40 million rubles against the main asset of the family of former Primorsky Krai Governor Sergei Darkin - PAO Nakhodka Active Marine Fishing Base, the DEITA.RU news agency reports.
As stated in the Arbitration Court, this case concerns claims filed by the Sakhalin Federal Tax Service in the case of recognizing Peschanskoye LLC as bankrupt. Two years ago, a surety agreement was concluded between the tax service of PAO Nakhodka Active Marine Fishery Base (guarantor) and Peschanskoye LLC (debtor). Under this agreement, the surety agreed to pay Peschanskoye LLC a debt of 39,904,076 rubles.
However, NBAMR did not pay any money under the contract. The Sakhalin Federal Tax Service filed a lawsuit against the company, but received no response. As a result, she appealed to the Arbitration Court, which ultimately found her claim justified.
At the same time, the bankrupt LLC Peschanskoye is managed by the company Ruskor, 55% of which belongs to Sergey Darkin. At the same time, the largest block of shares (86.71%) belongs to JSC Dalinvestgroup, controlled by Sergey Darkin's wife Larisa Belobrova.
