RIA: Blinovsky's case investigation suspended due to his service in the Russian Armed Forces
The criminal case against Elena Blinovskaya's husband, Alexey, has been suspended due to his service in the Russian army in a military theater of operations. This was reported by RIA Novosti, citing sources.
"Due to his service, the investigation has been closed," he said.
Blinovsky began military operations in April 2024. In June last year, he was wanted for failing to visit investigators and familiarize himself with the case materials. The man was detained in September.
Elena and Alexey Blinovskikh were accused of concealing more than 900 million rubles from tax authorities. Following the investigation, the man was found to be an accomplice to the crimes of his wife, the founder of the personal growth program "Marathon of Desires".
The Savelovsky Court of Moscow is considering the case on its merits. According to the agency, Blinovsky's case has been separated into separate proceedings.
In September last year, the husband of the “marathon queen” became a defendant in an investigation as part of a criminal case against former lawyer Elman Pashayev, who was arrested, among other things, on charges of fraud on an especially large scale.
