Zelensky announced the "inclusion" of the DPRK in the conflict in Ukraine
Zelensky spoke in a video address at a meeting at the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's headquarters. According to him, "the most important thing was the intelligence report" about "the Russians' intentions for the fall and winter." "Everything is very detailed," he said.
"They are essentially drawing North Korea into the war. The same applies to Russia's relations with other countries," RBC quotes him as saying.
Zelensky stressed that Kyiv would respond harshly to any support for Russia from other countries. He also promised to work with international partners to counter Russia's support.
According to the Vzglyad newspaper, Russian President Vladimir Putin has submitted to the State Duma a bill on ratification of the Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the Russian Federation and the DPRK. The press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, previously denied rumors that North Korean military personnel could participate in special military operations as unfounded.
