A chase with shooting at wheels took place in Kotelnich
The Kirov Region police reported on an incident that took place in Kotelnich on October 11.
Traffic police officers were patrolling the city and found a Ford Focus on Sovetskaya Street that had violated traffic rules. The police asked him to stop, but the driver hit a gas pump. The chase began. The driver was driving at high speed and posed a threat to other road users.
As the car was leaving the city, the police warned drivers over loudspeakers against using firearms. The car stopped after the inspectors shot out the tires several times. The driver was a drunk 18-year-old resident of the Kotelnichsky district. The young man did not have any license.
