Perm residents warned about frost and fog
Fog and frost are expected in Perm Krai on October 14. In this regard, drivers and pedestrians should be careful, the regional Emergencies Ministry press service reported.
"According to the Central Geological Service of Perm, fog and frost are expected at night and in the morning of October 14. Drivers should observe speed and distance limits, avoid sudden maneuvers and braking," the agency reports on its website.
Movement must be carried out taking into account the road surface. The Ministry of Emergency Situations advises pedestrians to be careful when walking and crossing the road.
