Toddlers Killed, Police Search Apartment: 13-Year-Old Sister Is Primary Suspect
The drama took place in an apartment building on Liza Chaikina Street in Tolyatti. Law enforcement officers are currently working at the crime scene.
"The bodies of two children, born in 2019 and 2022, were found on the balcony of the apartment," KP-Samara reported, citing its own sources.
According to the Samara publication, the children were killed, and their older sister, who was only 13 years old, is the primary suspect in the crime.
At the time of publication, there was no official statement from law enforcement agencies.
Added from 23.20: The Investigative Committee of the Samara Region reported that the bodies of two young girls with signs of violent death were found in the apartment. There were multiple stab wounds on the neck and body. A criminal case was opened on the fact of the offense provided for in Part 2 of Art. "a", "b" Part 2 of Art. Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder of two minors).
